Hola, buen día a todos!
Estuve buscando las medidas exactas del banner y foto de perfil en varios post de steemit pero me fije que las medidas que brindaban algunos no coincidían así que me dí la tarea de investigar.
Lo primero que hice fue buscar la opción de "Inspeccionar" de allí saque unas medidas e hice mi banner pero no funcionó, así que tuve que ir recortando en photoshop y probando una y otra vez hasta que por fin quedará a la medida.
Banner de perfil: 935 x 107 px
Foto de perfil: 48 x 48 px
Una vez creada su banner y foto de perfil solo arrastran la imagen a esta página: Img Safe
ya que arrastraron dan clic en la imagen que subieron y los mandará aquí 
Solo copian el link y lo pegan donde se los pida, en mi caso es la foto de perfil.
