Una receta para unas empanadillas horneados con guarnición de carne molida, cebolla y curry. Una receta de merienda rápida.
- 1 filete de res molida
- 1 cebolla
- 1 cucharadita de curry
- 2 tapas de pasta
- sal
- aceite de oliva
En una sartén con aceite de oliva, saltea el curry.
Luego agregue las cebollas, luego de 2 minutos la carne picada que previamente la desarmara entre sus dedos.
Dejar la pasta por 1 minuto.
En un plato hondo se superponen las 2 tapas.
Pon la preparación en el centro.
Cierre la tapa doblando los bordes en paralelo y apretando un poco.
Déle la vuelta en una bandeja para hornear y unte con aceite de oliva.
Hornee a 200° durante unos 15 minutos, controlando la coloración.
Para consumir preferiblemente caliente, ideal para acompañar con una ensalada. ¡A disfrutar!
