Pasta corta a la carbonara
Ingredientes
57 Gr de tocineta ahumada
100 Gr de tocino ahumado
1/2 Taza crema de leche para batir
2 huevos
1 Paquete espaguetis de 1/2 kg
3/4 Taza queso parmesano rallado
sal y pimienta
Preparación:
Corte la tocineta en pedazos y el tocino en tiritas; fría ambos en un sartén hasta que estén crujientes y retire del fuego, Luego bata bien la crema de leche con los huevos.
Como de costumbre cocine los espaguetis durante unos 10 minutos.
Después en un recipiente, bata la mezcla de huevos y crema de leche con un poco del queso parmesano y 2 Cucharadas del agua de la pasta.
Por ultimo escurra los espaguetis y métalos al sartén junto con el tocino y la crema.
Revuelva todo, sazone con pimienta y está listo para servir.
