Limpiando y cortando caña en mi parcela para molerla y sacarle el guarapo para nuestro consumo. El jugo de caña de azúcar es una bebida saludable. Es rico en calcio, cromo, cobalto, cobre, magnesio, manganeso, fósforo, potasio y zinc. También contiene hierro y vitaminas A, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 y, junto con la alta concentración de fitonutrientes, antioxidantes, proteínas y fibra soluble.
