CHULETAS AHUMADA A MI ESTILO.

Remojar las chuletas con limón y un pimiento , esto, para quitarle un poco la grasa y al mismo tiempo darle gusto con el pimiento. Una vez soltada toda la grasa, escurrir, agregar una pizca de pimienta, un poco de ajo, salpicarle el zumo de una naranja.

En un salten con poco aceite sofreír las cebollas en corte juliana y pimentón, una vez ya doradas.

Sacarlas y en el aceite que queda dorar las chuletas, una vez bien doradas.

Agregar el sofrito encima y servir.
