Hola, mi nombre es Emilce, soy Licenciada en Contaduría Pública, ejercí esta profesión durante 16 años, las condiciones económicas y políticas de mi país me condujeron a buscar otros caminos, así que abandoné. ¡Y a otra cosa! Explorando opciones, me dediqué a los bienes raíces y descubrí mi pasión por los negocios. Hoy me dedico a la correduría de bienes raíces, durante 12 años he trabajado en la venta de inmuebles, con aciertos y desaciertos, siempre con esa fe y ese optimismo que caracteriza a quienes dedican su vida a hacer negocios.
El mundo de los negocios es un mundo incierto, pero con una amplia gama de oportunidades, para los que nos dedicamos a ello es un placer poder compartir algunas de nuestras experiencias y porqué no, ayudar a los que se inician, a conducirse de la mejor manera posible.
Una de las cosas que más me gusta, es la independencia con que puedes actuar, no se está atado a un jefe o a un horario y es mucho lo que se puede dar. En la venta de inmuebles, es fascinante poder ayudar a quienes quieren ver cristalizado su sueño de tener su propia casa o apartamento. Generalmente es gente que quiere mejorar su condición de vida, bien sea iniciándose como propietarios o de un inmueble pequeño a uno más grande, más cómodo, en una mejor zona, es muy agradable y satisfactorio ver en sus caras la emoción de ver sus logros personales, aunque nos parezca algo frívolo, no es así, la casa donde vives es el lugar más cercano a tu corazón y a tu ser.
En lo personal, amo construir y todo lo que tiene que ver con producir algo nuevo, bien sea una casa, una máquina o un postre. Estoy muy feliz de poder participar en este nuevo mundo para mí, agradezco a Dios la oportunidad de poder compartir mis experiencias y todo lo que pueda aportar a la sociedad.
