Bizcocho Brownie

Ingredientes

200 gr Chocolate para fundir
100 gr Mantequilla
3 Huevos
4 Cucharadas Azúcar
70 ml Leche
100 gr Harina
1 Sobre Levadura
Nueces

Derretimos el chocolate junto con la mantequilla y batimos los huevos con el azúcar.

En el bol de los huevos, echamos también la leche, la harina y la levadura. Batimos bien, que no queden grumos.

Añadimos el chocolate derretido, nueces al gusto, y llevamos a un molde para horno, previamente engrasado.

Horneamos durante unos 30 minutos. Si lo vamos a desmoldar, esperamos que se enfríe un poco.

Lo adornamos con helado, crema de chocolate, frutas o lo que más guste. Disfruta!
