Pues hoy para cenar teniamos esto.
Los ingredientes son carne picada ( cerdo o ternera), ajo, aceite, pimienta, sal, perejil, huevo, tomate triturado, vino blanco y pan rallado.
Empezamos haciendo la masa de las albondigas, la carne picada se mezcla en un bol con pimienta, sal, perejil, pan rallado y huevo. Seguidamente se hacen las pelotas y se frien en la sarten.
Se le añade agua y vino blanco y se hacen hasta que se evapore la mezcla
Para la salsa de tomate utilizamos tomate triturado y se bate un poco de cebolla que previamente habiamos pochado, eso le dara un sabor mas autentico al tomates y le añadimos las albondigas.
Lo dejamos mezclar todo un ratito a fuego lento y listo..
