-Fortalece los músculos: Cada vez que nos reímos a carcajadas activamos un total de 430 músculos. Todos ellos se contraen y se relajan según el estado de intensidad-relajación que vaya experimentando nuestra risa. Estas contracciones y relajaciones hacen que los músculos trabajen de la misma manera que lo hacen cuando salimos a realizar deporte aeróbico, y esto los fortalece. Es por ello que, a veces, sentimos dolor de barriga cuando nos reímos con ganas.
