Hola amigos de steemit. Hoy quiero compartir con todo ustedes otra receta:
Fondos de alcachofas al horno:
Ingredientes:
- 1/2 De pan rallado.
- 4 Cucharaditas de queso parmesano rallado.
- 1 cucharadita de perejil picado fino.
- Pizca d e orégano seco.
- Pizca de páprika.
- Sal y pimienta recién molida.
- 12 Fondos de alcachofas cocidos.
- 2 Cucharadas de jugo de limón.
Preparación:
- En un recipiente mezcla el pan rallado, el queso parmesano, perejil, orégano, páprika, sal y pimienta.
- Rellena los fondos con la mezcla. Aceitar una fuente de horno y coloca los fondos de alcachofas; rocia con jugo de limón.
- Cocina en en el horno a tempera tura media 20 minutos o hasta dorar.
