Sabían que son flores comestibles. . en el huerto de mi casa tenemos sembrados auyama pero como tarda demasiado en producir decidimos comernos las flores en un revoltillo de huevos. . .
cortan las flores , quitan en pistilo interno, enjuagan y escurren hacia abajo. .
no se preocupen por los pelillos. . si se sienten al masticar.
hacer cualquier preparación que se les ocurra eso si utilicen bastantes por que se les reducen. .
