Si puedes creer en ti mismo, no te sentirás inseguro acerca de esa persona. No habrá obsesión con las expectativas. Y al mismo tiempo, si puedes confiar en esa persona, no estarás ansioso por ti mismo.
Conociéndote a ti mismo, puedes optimizar la comunicación, puedes perder tus temores y fortalecer la relación.
Todo es la sombra de tu corazón. El estado de tu mente, lo que crees se refleja en eventos reales.
Si estás obsesionado con alguien del pasado, estarías renunciando a la vida real. Pero si sueltas la obsesión y liberas tu mente, estarías recibiendo a una persona realmente importante con la que deberías encontrarte.
Incluso si aún no conoces a tu pareja ideal, no necesitas ser impaciente.
Lo que se debe hacer es no pasar por alto las oportunidades o apresurarse en el futuro inmediato. Hacer cosas que se puedan practicar una a una para que logres confiar en ti mismo, y acercase a personas en quienes se pueda confiar verdaderamente.
De este modo se estarías creando relaciones sanas y duraderas...
Asi mismo es y asi es con todo lo demas, para amar debemos amarnos primero, para creer debemos creer en nosotros primero. Todos parte desde nuestro interior.
