Hoy 2 de Abril se cumplen 13 años del sensible fallecimiento del Papa Amigo Juan Pablo II, Karol Wojtyla nacido en la ciudad polaca de Wadowice el 18 de mayo de 1920, dirigió la Iglesia católica durante 26 años, uno de los pontificados más largos de la historia.

El Papa Peregrino como también era conocido fue beatificado por su sucesor el Papa Benedicto XVI, A los cinco años de su muerte. En el año 1996 Venezuela pudo disfrutar de la Santa Visita del Papa Amigo Juan Pablo II, la cual tuvo una duración de tres días.

    Muy buen post @inesmar en el año 1996 fue su segunda visita la primera la realizó en 1985, fue cuando tuve el privilegio de verlo ya que vino a Maracaibo, un santo en vida sin duda mirarlo era impresionante, le felicito por su publicación y mucho éxito

      Gracias, Solo hable de su visita en 1996, por que segui de cerca todo su recorrido, por que en 1985 a penas era una bebe.
