Quierto compartir con vosotros uno de los postres que me hace sentir más culpable cuando lo como. La culpabilidad empieza incluso cuando pienso en hacerlo. Esta demasiado bueno.
De hecho no es un postre muy azucarado, es una auténtica bomba de calorías. Pero estoy delgado, ¿sabes?
I want to share with you one of the desserts that makes me feel more guilty when I’m eating it. Guilt even starts when I think of making it. It is sooooo delicious. Actually is not a sugary one, it’s a real calories bomb. But I’m Slim, you know?
La versión original del titamisú es un pecazito de cielo cremoso, suavemente acariciado por cacao y café.
Y aquí os dejo mi receta:

The original versión of Tiramisu is a creamy, lightly stroked by coffe and cocoa peace of heaven.And here is show I make it:
Ingredients:
3 eggs 50 gr of sugar Coffe ”Soletilla” biscuits (sponge cake) 400 ml Whipping cream 400 gr Mascarpone cheese Cocoa powder A strong arm, or a food procesor
Método
Separa las yemas y las claras. Añade azúcar a las yemas y mezcla bien. Ten a mano un poco de agua hirviendo y ponlas al baño maria hasta que formen una crema y cambien de color (2-3 minutos) sin dejar de remover. Vete acostumbrando porque vas a remover un montón.
Method
Split egg whites and yolks. Add the sugar to the yolks and mix well. Have some boiling water handy and bain-marie untill it makes a smooth cream and changes colour (2-3 minutes) without stop mixing. Get used to, becouse you are going to mix a lot.
Retiralo del calor.
Añade el mascarpone poco a poco y sigue mezclando. Y mezcla un poquito más.
Take it out of the heat.Add mascarpone cheese little by little, and keep mixing. And mix a litle more.
Ya estás listo para… montar la nata! Por suerte esto lo puedes hacer con una batidora. Me encanta este proceso. Es como mágico, estás esperando y pensando que nunca va a pasar, y de repente bang! Y 10 segundos después esta lista.
Monta las claras al punto de nieve.
Now you are ready to…whip the cream!! Luckilly, you can do this with a hand blender. I love this process. Is like magic, you are there waiting and thinking is never going to come up, and suddenly bang! And 10 seconds later it is done. Lovely.Whip the whites to stiff peaks.
Estamos solo a una mezcla del final. Añade la nata a nuestra crema, y cuando todo esté mezclado añade las claras. Ten cuidado ahora. Haz movivimientos suaves de abajo a arriba.
Ya está. Vete a dar un paseo para descansar el brazo.
We are only a mix away. Add the cream to the cream, and when all is mixed, add the whites. Be carefull now. Make down to up soft movements.That’s it. Go for a walk to rest your harmed arm.
Ahora tenemos que tener un poco de café frío listo.
Moja las galletas solo un poquito en el café. Hay que ser rápido o montarás un desastre.
Now we have to have some cold coffe ready.Sink the biscuits just a little in the coffe. Not a lot, be fast, or you are going to get a mess.
Monta la delicia hecha postre.
Una capa de bizcocho, una de crema y rocía con cacao. Repite.
Assemble the deliciousness made dessert.A layer of biscuits, a layer of cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Repeat.

Y vete a hacer un poco de deporte al día siguiente.

Incredible! It looks so good! I love this dessert. I'm not a huge dessert person but this one I like. It is actually light in texture with great flavors. I never think about the calories. I just enjoy!
