Emailing vs LinkedIn Invites/Texting in Job Applications

En Lugar de pedir correos, porque no toman la iniciativa de hacer conexion con el publicador de la oferta de empleo enviando un INVITE personalizado con una Mini Cover Letter??.

Emailing no funciona. Cuando lo van a aprender.
