Bueno amigos el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algo que yo considero muy importante como lo es el momento relax como yo lo llamo es ese momento que te tomas para ti, para compartir con familiares, amigos o pareja es un momento muy necesario para todos los seres humanos ya que la rutina suele ser causante de muchas relaciones rotas o de mucha gente con depresión ya que se dejan agobiar por el día a día y la misma rutina valga la redundancia, en mi caso yo me tome una tarde con mis compañeros de labor para disfrutar de una película muy peculiar con Adam Sander se llama "Luna de miel en familia" dicha película tiene un gran impacto en la vida familiar tanto como pareja a como padres he hij@s debido a que revela mucho de los causantes de problemas o inconformidades entre los matrimonios y entre padres e hijos o hijas como lo es la falta de comunicación, se las recomiendo. Bueno retomando el tema de la salida es necesario tomar en cuenta esas actividades recreativas las cuales ayudan al despeje y distracción de los problemas y rutinas que tanto nos agobian, aparte de informar que me lleve una muy bonita reflexión para mi hogar de la película.
