He tenido la bendición de recibir alimentos de diferentes partes del mundo y eso me ha dado la oportunidad de probar una gran variedad de ellos. Mi nuera me trajo de Colombia unas salchichas que miden 50 cms de largo, tienen un sabor delicado y con poca sal. Las estoy usando para preparar el almuerzo.
Ingredientes:
- 1 zanahoria rallada
- hojas de cilantro
- 2 chiles picantes
- 2 tomates pelados
- 1 pimentón rojo
- 2 ramos de cebollin
- salchichas colombianas
- sal al gusto
- 1/2 kilo de spaguettis o pasta
- aceite de oliva lo necesario
Cortar todos los ingredientes, colocar en una sartén y cocinar salteandolos todo el tiempo.
Cocinar los spaguettis y servir caliente con queso parmesano.
