Que rico es el mar, caminar por la arena el, sentirla en nuestros pies, el aroma del mar, es una experiencia inigualable. Hay que agradecerle a Dios por ese bello mar que tenemos....

La brisa del mar acaricia nuestro cuerpo y se siente muy rico... Además que es una fuente de iones negativos que refuerzan los mecanismos de defensa de nuestro cuerpo al respirarla. Al parecer, también previene enfermedades respiratorias.
En el agua de mar se encuentran 89 elementos esenciales presentes en nuestro cuerpo, además de otras vitaminas y microorganismos que liberan sustancias anti bacterianas, dotándola de propiedades antibióticas y efectos analgésicos y antiinflamatorios.
El mar es muy relajante, además de ser curativo...
Yo amo el mar, cuando estoy frente al mar estoy conectada conmigo misma, Porque voy siempre de la mano de dios, espero que les haya gustado. Gracias por existir y Que Dios los Bendiga.
