Nuestro estado de ánimo afecta nuestra salud. Cuando creemos que nuestra vida da pésimo debemos cambiar el enfoque. Y, aunque sí, habrán siempre cosas que podrían ir mejor, centrarnos en las cosas que nos hacen felices, para estar más saludables por dentro y por fuera.
Es solo cosa de abrir nuestros ojos a lo que tenemos en frente. Las posibilidades de tener una mejor vida son muchas y son gratis. No es bajar nuestras expectativas, podemos seguir deseando vivir en otro país o tener un mejor trabajo, pero no volvamos de esto un anhelo que nos quita la energía y no nos deja dormir. Céntrate, en el día a día, en aquello que sí te hará feliz:
- Lo más importante es sonreír
- Da y recibe amor
- Recuerda lo bello que te ha pasado
- Llénate de abrazos
- Disfruta a tus amigos y familia

Our state of mind affects our health. When we believe that our life is terrible we must change the focus. And, although yes, there will always be things that could go better, focusing on the things that make us happy, to be healthier inside and out.
It is just a matter of opening our eyes to what we have in front of us. The possibilities of having a better life are many and they are free. It is not to lower our expectations, we can continue wishing to live in another country or have a better job, but let's not return from this a longing that takes away our energy and does not let us sleep. Focus, day by day, on what will make you happy:
- The most important thing is to smile
- Give and receive love
- Remember how beautiful it has happened to you
- Be filled with hugs
- Enjoy your friends and family
