INGREDIENTES PARA DOS PERSONAS:

2 plátanos el mío es congelado.
1 cucharadita de café soluble yo puse EkO, 250 decilitros de leche, 4 galletas tipo María, 1 cucharada de azúcar...

PREPARACION:
