Me estoy iniciando en la #realfood, consiste en comer sano con productos cuánto más naturales mejor e intentar dejar de lado los procesados. Hoy he hecho algo sencillo pero delicioso, salmón a la plancha, tomate con AOVE y alcachofas frescas. ( Las alcachofas las pelo y solo dejo el corazón, las pongo en una sartén con ajito picado, una pizca de aceite y agua; las tapo con una tapa y a fuego medio-bajo en 15 minutos están).
