Hoy les traigo unas ricas empanadas de guacuco (chipichipi), muy fáciles de preparar y con una buena salsa de ajo o tártara Dios mío santo jajajajaja.
Solo deben preparar los guacuco, poniéndolos en una olla de presión por una hora, luego le hacen un sofrito y una salsa, ya luego lo unen y ese es el relleno de sus empanadas, también le pueden poner queso blanco y les aseguro que es una delicia en el paladar.
