Hay tres factores que ayudan a la perdida de masa grasa, los cuales son: déficit calórico, ejercicios cardiovasculares (en a frecuencia cardíaca correcta) y entrenamiento de fuerza, Es importante tener en cuenta que oxidar las grasas conlleva disciplina y voluntad y estoy seguro que de eso tú tienes..vamos x el cambio!!
