Hola comunidad Steemit
Mi nombre es Peter Alvarez 
Estoy aterrizando en esta comunidad porque vi una buena oportunidad de crear mi blog ( que hace tiempo me daba vueltas en la cabeza y no sabía dónde hacerlo) y poder compartir mi experiencia y conocimiento con ustedes .
A pesar que estudie Ingeniería como carrera profesional, mi hobbie siempre fue la alimentación adecuada y el deporte para mantenerme saludable.
Al pasar de los años , decidí estudiar nutrición en vez de hacer un MBA , y este fue mi primer paso para que hoy en día me levante cada mañana para hacer lo que me gusta: ayudar a mujeres a sentirse seguras y con alto autoestima gracias a su mejora física y de salud.
Lo anterior, gracias a que hace ya año y medio me atreví a montar mi propio negocio con mi socia y compañera de vida, en donde asesoramos a mujeres en alimentación según su objetivo y le diseñamos entrenamientos físicos para moldear y tonificar su cuerpo.
Es increíble los cambios que hemos visto en ellas. Espero poder lograr muchas más transformaciones por medio de esta comunidad
Aquí hablaré sobre nutrición saludable para mujeres, hombres y niños.
Daré típs de cómo realizar algunos ejercicios tanto para ellas como para ellos.
Hablaré de hábitos saludables para aplicar en el día a día, de la importancia de vivir saludablemente bien, los años que estemos en este planeta 🌍
