Women are seen in different ways due to the cultural formation that exists in each of the countries, for the vast majority it is the weaker sex, because they are considered vulnerable, fragile people, a situation that has changed over time, and made women leave the kitchen apron on one side and go out to the street to make a living.

The process to be accepted was not easy. The rights of women began to be violated. It was not accepted that they will perform "men" jobs, much less that they would stand out more or be efficient when it comes to making them.

Due to the escalation of violence that was unleashed, added to the value of women who decided not to be silent, the problem began to be seen as social. The United Nations, at its 85th plenary session, on December 20, 1993, ratified the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women, which affirms that this violence is a serious attack on their human rights.

In 2007, they managed to create the Organic Law on the Rights of Women to a Life Free of Violence.
