MISTELA DE PARCHITA.

Feliz sábado mi gente querida, traigo antes ustedes hoy un delicioso coctel: LA MISTELA DE PARCHITA.

Debemos primeramente seleccionar las parchitas, que posteriormente lavaremos y cortaremos por la mitad; para luego llevarlas a una olla con agua y dejarlas cocinar hasta que se obtenga un buen concentrado de la fruta.

Cuando ya hemos cocinado la fruta y obtenido un buen concertado, procedemos a licuar y colar la misma.

Después de tener listo el concentrado, agregamos azúcar y licor seco cachicamo al nivel o gusto que deseemos que tan fuerte o suave de saber queramos el coctel.
