Saludos queridos amigos de steemit esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes este delicioso jugo muy peculiar y tradicional de mi tierra santa barbara del zulia espero que les guste es una muy buena artenativa para acompañar las comidas ademas que es muy nutritivo.
Desde la cosecha a la cocina:
INGREDIENTES( Para 6 porciones)
Tamarindo chino 700 gramos .
Agua 2 litros.
Azucar 200 gramos.
maicena 2 cucharadas.
Agua para la maizena 1 y 1/2 taza.
Preparación:
Picamos la fruta (tamarindo) en forma vertical y la colocamos a hervir , aparte en un recipiente colocamos el agua y la maisena hasta que hierva y apagamos y reservamos, en la licuadora colocamos el tamarindo ya hervido ,la maisena y el azúcar licuamos y servimos .
