El seleccionado vinotinto ya cuenta en Japón con la presencia de sus principales referentes Salomón Rondón, Josef Martínez y el Capitán Tomás Rincón, así como del guardameta Wuilker Fariñes quien fuera uno de los últimos en integrarse al seleccionado. Para este par de encuentros vuelve a la combinado vinotinto el volante zurdo del Málaga español Bernardo Años que no fuera tomado en cuenta por Dudamel en las últimas concentraciones de la vinotinto.
Esperamos que la vinotinto saque un par de buenos resultados de esta gira amistosa de cara a enfrentar la próxima edición de la Copa América , Brasil 2019, siempre con la mira puesta en el principal objetivo llegar de la mejor manera a la fase premundialista a los fines luchar por el anhelado puesto en Qatar 2020.
