Uno de los espacios verdes ideales para dispersarse en San Rafael. Está ubicado en av. Hipólito Yrigoyen y Ameghino. Se trata de un lugar extenso para disfrutar de actividades al aire libre y deportes, o simplemente deleitarse con el aire puro en una tarde familiar.

En el interior del parque está emplazado el Monumento al Gaucho Argentino, un homenaje a la tradición y la historia argentina. Además se puede visitar la Estatua de la Vendimia y el Polideportivo Municipal, que posee una pileta para natación.
