Trucha al ajillo

Ingredientes
Trucha
Ajos
Sal marina
Aceite de oliva
Orégano
preparación
Ponemos a calentar un sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva. Picamos finamente dos dientes de ajo y se los agregamos a la trucha junto con el orégano y la sal marina; procedemos a agregar la trucha al sartén por el lado de la piel la volteamos con ayuda de una espátula cocinamos por aproximadamente 7 a 8 min y está lista para disfrutarla la podemos acompañar con verduras al vapor
