Los materiales fallan por fatiga o por sobre esfuerzo. No seas un material, si sientes fatiga haz una pausa, descansa, distrae la mente, haz deportes. Si te estás sobre esforzando pide ayuda, se más eficiente, administra mejor tu tiempo, cambia de estrategia.
