Los 11 países del NCCT son vistos por el Grupo de Acción Financiera Intergubernamental (GAFI) como naciones que han tomado medidas insuficientes para combatir el lavado de dinero, el financiamiento del terrorismo y otras amenazas al sistema financiero internacional. Los países, además de Corea del Norte, incluyen a Bosnia y Herzegovina, Etiopía, Siria, Irán, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Trinidad y Tobago, Túnez, Vanuatu y Yemen.
La medida entró en vigencia el 27 de mayo con Bithumb ya no acepta nuevos usuarios de las 11 naciones enumeradas por la iniciativa NCCT. Los usuarios existentes de esas naciones también verán sus cuentas deshabilitadas a partir del 21 de junio.
De acuerdo con los datos de Coinmarketcap, Bithumb es el mayor intercambio de criptomonedas de Corea y el quinto más grande del mundo con más de $ 400 millones en tokens comercializados en un período de 24 horas.

this time we know that in iraq and iran govt is not interested to trade in cryptocurrency but many goverment offical are using the many exchange for money laundering,, they transfer black money by crypto exchange then get back in shape of white money. i think personaly it is positive step if has been notice that people of above countries are involve in money laundering. but here should one strong proccess, withdraw limit should be less for these countries people except doing ban them.
