¿Qué es la autoestima?
La autoestima no es más que la valoración que tiene una persona de sí misma que se genera a partir del juicio de los demás, es decir, son percepciones interiorizadas y medidas por el lenguaje.
6 tips para mejorar nuestra autoestima
• Aceptarnos tal y como somos.
• Intentar cambiar los patrones negativos por patrones positivos que fomenten nuestra autoestima.
• Controlar la crítica destructiva porque lo que pensamos tiende a cumplirse.
• Fomenta la capacidad de adquirir compromisos y ser responsable para no eludirlos por temor.
• Potencia la creatividad al aumentar la confianza en nuestras propias capacidades personales.
• Fundamenta la autoestima personal, así tenemos más capacidad de fijar nuestras propias metas.
Amigos sabiendo esto no esperen para poner en práctica estos concejos y así aumentar, fortalecer, sanar su autoestima, el poder está en sus manos.
