       SIFRINA...

HOLA amigos de steemit les presento la arepa Sifrina, le llamamos asi debido a que su relleno es : "Queso Amarillo y reina PEpiada"...
... en VEnezuela el queso amarillo es uno de los más costosos y fino. La reina pepiada se hace con pollo mechado, aguacate y una salsa preparada con aguacate licuado y mayonesa.
Por esta razón se le llama sifrina porque el queso amarillo acompaña a la reina de las arepas.

Ummm!!! Les invito una deliciosa SIFRINA. Buen provecho!!
