Last blog I was talking about stress. I am surprised how fast I can turn a bad mood around! I used to have frequent anxiety attacks but throughout time my recovery time is less and less. Sometimes I would brood for weeks, now I feel better in a few hours.
I understand my friends cancer scare. She never had that before and it's freaky. There was a horror story of someone I knew who had internal cancer. When she went for an operation the docs found cancer in her stomach and removed her stomach. That's just so awful. She didn't know that would happen when she went under. She was stable for a couple years then got the cancer again and died. I don't want to go on about it or focus on the negative. It's just I understand my friends fear when we know something as extreme happened to someone we knew with cancer. Fuck Cancer!
That was my quick blog with some extra time. It's helping unwind and I'm putting it into perspective instead of just being reactionary or getting bummed out.
