I think I'm feeling a little guilty about feeling good about not feeling the so-called Christmas spirit. The house is not decorated and there's no tree. Christmas music is only tolerated for 30 or 40 minutes at a time. I don't miss Macy's Christmas, or Jesus's Christ Mass. Nonetheless my Christian immersion conditioning seems to be triggering some guilty feelings. Maybe those will be eliminated in the next few years.

This season of holy days is a great opportunity to bring family and extended family together. We had a strong banquet of sorts with people from the neighborhood. Friends, literally for fifty years... the youngest of us we've known since her birth. These reunions are precious and even more welcomed as they don't end with a verse of Silent Night.

Woke earlier this morning to a rainy day. Worked abs and legs in my tight guest room. Bod is amazing, as is Mind, in that they work together to get us through an improvised routine. How can we get a solid workout for legs, abs and balance done in limited space? And it comes to me. And we get it done.

It's great.

Today, meeting with Gary.

Training with mom this morning. Did the main moves and increased reps to 12. We went 25 minutes today with some shoulder work while balancing on both legs. Right leg can't take the whole weight yet, but I can see she's getting stronger and more confident. We also worked seated with bands. Set up her walker so she could do seated rows.
