Spiritual studies about faith: What does the "perfect man" mean in Philippians 3:15?

The life of the Christian, Paul explains to us in his letter to the Philippians, is like a career that is born from the heavenly call. A race is a competition that is held on a path to obtain a prize: "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.", 1 Corinthians 9:24-25.
And in this all those who are perfect, that is, mature, fully developed people, must agree: "Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, have this attitude; and if in anything you have a different attitude, God will reveal that also to you.", Philippians 3:15.

Christians are first of all a citizen of the kingdom of God or as Paul says, citizens of heaven: "But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.", Philippians 3:20
As citizens of heaven, Jesus calls us to a race to be perfect men, that is, whole people who live mercy for mercy itself, gifts are a goal by themselves.
Being a perfect, complete, upright man means loving the good for the good itself, because this is the love of a man who has reached the complete knowledge of God, that is to say, of wisdom. The Christian faith is a path that leads us to be like God because the gifts are progressive, the gifts are lived because we grow. Jesus calls us to freedom of the spirit and true spiritual life: "The spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you - they are full of the Spirit and life", John 6:63
