Today I almost went into shut down mode because of something that had happened. And then I remembered this very video I made a day ago and was reminded that I could take my own advice or I could talk myself into jumping down an unpretty rabbit hole.
Our hearts are more than an organ that supports our life force. It's more than the things we feel. And it's much more than love relationships or even friendships.
