Guided Shamanic Journey to the Akashic Field: DEEP TRANCE HUMMING MEDITATION.

Seeing that normal meditation is something I really need to work on more I thought, let's try something different today! A kind of meditation that does not force me to focus so much on my breathing and trying not to pee! Anywhoo, I found something that is called Deep trance humming meditation and seeing that I hum all day long anyway, this would be perfect!

Humming Meditation

A very different and effective meditation - Humming Meditation along with deep and natural shamanic drums. When you hum, the muscles in the face, neck, head, and shoulders relax. Activates the parasympathetic ((Excuse me, but what?)) nervous system and triggers a relaxation response in the body. Helps reduce unproductive thinking ((We shall see about that!)) and negativity. Reduces fear and worry.

So, I started..... I hummed and I hummed along with the music and indeed, I felt my body relax! Wowsers, this is the first time I make progress. Instead of trying to focus on my breathing and trying not to think about things like what to eat, when to shower and not to pee, the humming kept my mind empty besides the fact that I sometimes wondered when to start humming again. This was working, this is working!

While I thought that my journey would end fast and I would write a guide on how NOT to find the connection with your Spirit Guides it seems I have found myself a way to get a few steps in the right direction! You see, when you are willing to try different paths to get to the same finish line there is a bigger chance of reaching your goal. Why give up when there is a different door to open or a new path to walk on? I am feeling relaxed and ready for the weekend now. I am mega hungry though for some reason.....I am also looking forward to see if and when I start to do this more, if my fear and worry will seriously reduce! I'll keep you posted!

Yes give it a try! Just google it or go to youtube, there are a lot of them on there. Guided etc.

Interesting. I've never heard of humming meditation. I think meditation is great. When I follow a routine of meditation for even just 10 minutes per day, I actually start to notice results in my mood. I get less irritable and generally just feel more content. I should really start meditating again. I'll have to try the humming version to see if it suits me :)

Ihad seen it but never tried it before and I must say this was the first time I did a whole session. I might just have found my way of meditating after a long search! :D I hope you will try it out as well!
