Spiritual digestion is a matter of allowing the Lord to do whatever He want to do in us. Many are eating, but almost all have indigestion, because not many are allowing the Lord to operate(experience). When we eat surely we can speak but the weight of our speaking is not as weighty as those who allow the Lord to operate according to what we eat.
