People don't hurt us, we hurt ourselves by buying into the story being presented to us by the other person.

You can choose to say 'no thank you, that's not my story.' Then watch what could have hurt you just float by like a passing cloud.

You have the power. Nothing accesses you ,without YOUR permission. You will never control what others do, but you can control what power you give to what others do.

Before you did a thing you mattered. Before you spoke a word you mattered. Your worth is not based on anything you could ever DO, but on the mere fact that YOU ARE!

You're a human BEING not a human DOING! Know this and get out of the worldly based YOYO of measuring your worth by what you do and what you have.

Know this and get out of the worldly ferris wheel of competition and trying to outdo others and measure worth by performance.

Know this and be content knowing you are already ENOUGH.

          The art of not giving a fuck is the end of depression and road to happiness!
