Absence of war is a good start on the road to peace. Can't focus much beyond survival if someone is throwing rocks at you and you at them.

I'm going to start wearing a hat that says "Define Peace" just to get us thinking about it, generate some energy and maybe we can find our way to create it.

For me it is an emotional state that starts with feeling safe and secure.
