Love , joy and peace is just a chemical basis caused by thoughts.
If you lose your mental peace totally , you should go to a doctor. He will give you a pill. If you take this pill, your system will become peaceful. Maybe, this will last just for a few hours , but you become peaceful. This pill is just a little bit of chemicals. These chemicals enter into your system and make you peaceful. Or in other words, what you call peace is a certain kind of chemistry within you.
Similarly, what you call joy, what you call love , what you call suffering , what you call misery , what you call fear, every human experience that you go through, has a chemical basis within you which is produced through your thoughts.
The spiritual process is just to create the right kind of chemistry within you, where you will be naturally peaceful and naturally joyous. When you are joyous by your own nature and you don’t have to do anything to be happy, then every dimension of your life and the way you perceive and express yourself in the world will be changed.
The way you experience your life will be changed.

Absolute right, We are human being built from material worlds and hove wonderful communication system with chemical bonding which is also from material worlds... imbalance those chemical components leads to disturb our communication systems which caused problems ....
therefore for peaceful life we need to meditate everyday in this way if third eye gets activated then only we can be able to more and more with our body mind vital Chiata and Spirituality... more aware of our soul and souls gets findout the path of Moksha which leads to one Dissolve in Supreme Soul called - Paramatma

Meditation is the gateway of spiritual process. It has several dimensions to nake our mind controlled and peaceful. Our fundamental goal is to our being happy and live peaceful life.
When any one will do utmost Sadhana , then his third eye will be activated. But that very deep and time consuming process. We , common men, can follow primary steps of meditation to live a tranquil life.
