Anything you desire
Anything at all
Is wrong
No matter how good and pure you believe it is
No matter how much you delude yourself that it's Yahweh's will for you
All these things are coming from your evil, self serving, wilful nature.
You might want to fall in love, get married, buy a house, start a charity, become a pastor, help the homeless........
After all you're not a killer, a liar, a cheat, a child abuser.....
You're a good person right?
You're desires aren't evil
Rubbish!
You're evil nature needs to be put to death
You need to be rid of ALL your desires not just the ones you deem " bad"
You CANNOT be filled with the spirit of truth and live in Yahweh's will until you are willing to do this.
We can't " want" ANYTHING
This is the ONLY way to escape the world
That evil, scheming, , vile creature within you has manipulated you to such a degree that you have come to believe that its the real you and that it's desires are your desires.
And you defend it constantly, justifying and making excuses for it.
You boast and brag about its many fine attributes, you repeat its opinions and views.
You believe it's desires are good and pure
And all the while its laughing at your foolishness as it leads you further down the road to destruction.
It's hiding in all of us, in the dark shadowy corners of our beings.
It doesn't mind what you do
" Good or " bad", it matters not
You can adopt any belief, do good deeds, have any opinion, anything you like.
The ONLY thing it fears is exposure

For if a light is shone on it and it's seen, surely it will be evicted from its familiar comfortable place of residence where it's been in charge and calling all the shots for such a long time.
If anyone thinks that one can just start believing in " God" to be rid of it, they're very deluded to say the least.
If you think it's going to say " oh damn he/ she believes in God now and reads the bible and goes to church etc, I better pack my bags and leave, you're dangerously deluded.
This is laughable in the extreme.
In fact it's side splittingly funny.
But it would very much like you to believe it and many, many have been deceived by this lie.

Some people pray and call out to Yahweh for the fruits of the spirit to be manifest in their lives, they long to draw closer to him and live in his will and wonder why they still struggle.
Because It's not possible
One cannot have these things without first embarking on a perilous trek deep within themselves equipped with a very powerful spotlight.
It's a terrifying thing to suddenly come face to face with a creature so vile and grotesque and evil as this and to realise that it's been living inside you, influencing all your thoughts and desires for such a long time.
Everyone of us would prefer to just ignore it and let it keep hiding in the dark shadows than have to face it head on.
Until one is brave enough to shine a light directly on the hideous beast, they shall never be able to draw close to Yahweh.
This evil creature tricks you into trying to push its will on to the living God through you
John 14;13
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

This is a promise
It's beautifully and wonderfully simple
It just " IS"
It's a fact
There are NO conditions
NO fine print
If you ask for something he WILL give it to you
There is NO more to it.
ANYTHING
Anything at all
You don't need to beg and plead
You don't need to wait ( occasionally this is necessary but only to strengthen you)
It's yours instantly
Before you even asked for it.
You're his child
There is absolutely NOTHING he wouldn't do for you
The reason your prayers aren't answered is because it's not YOU doing the asking
It's the evil creature within telling you what to ask
You wouldn't even know what to ask for
You don't know what it is you really want
Everything we desire, no matter how good and honourable we believe it to be, is in some way self serving.
You're feeding your demon and he's getting stronger and stronger by the day.
How DARE we try to inflict our own will on the great I AM!
How DARE we try to pull him down from his throne and make him perform magic tricks for us!
How DARE we petition him with our scheming, manipulative natures
How DARE we have the utter audacity to attempt to look upon his face or utter a sound in his presence
How DARE we even try to approach the throne of the living God in this state?
We're not even worthy to be in his presence, how DARE we think we are!
We are not even worthy to be looked upon by him
. Get on your knees now and weep with shame!
You insolent vainglorious fool!

And if you're not ashamed at yourself, beg him to make you so.
Fall at his feet
Weep and pound your chest
Shave your head, tear your clothing and cover yourself in ashes
Repent of your disgusting impertinence, your haughtiness and gross lack of reverence for the living God
HOW DARE YOU

Give up ALL your hopes and dreams
Throw them in a fire and burn them
Leave your wife, your sweetheart, your children, mother father, sisters and brothers
Forget them completely
Give absolutely everything you have away
All your material possessions, your house if you have one, take all your money from the bank and throw it away, cut up your credit cards, give your clothes to the poor.
Give up ALL hope!
Take your shoes off and walk away from it all.
Never to return
Go into the wilderness and humbly seek the face of Yahweh
Forget everything you think you know
All your opinions and views aren't anything but childish hogwash
They mean NOTHING
Approach him with the spirit of humility and be willing to let him shine a light in the deepest, darkest corners of your innermost being.
Allow him to fill you with the spirit of truth

Then you will be the real you
The beautiful perfect you that he knew before the beginning of time
The marvellous being that he knit together in your mothers womb
Who's every hair is counted
Who he loves far far more than the beautiful little sparrows he designed with his own hands
Who he desires to clothe more grandly than Solomon in all his glory.
Who he loves so much that he sacrificed his own son so that you could live.
Really live
A life of joy greater than you can imagine
A life of unending abundance
A life worthy of him who made you
And he shall say to you " Well done my good and faithful servant"

Then and only then will anything you pray for be given to you.
Because now you are perfect
You're filled with the spirit of truth
He will look at you and see his son whom he loves
The desires you once had will be replaced with genuine pure desires that are pleasing to Yahweh
You shall no longer seek to serve the evil one within because he's gone.
Replaced with the son who will dictate the will of the father through you
Your eyes will be opened, your ears will now hear the voice of wisdom
You shall only seek to serve the living God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob.
And ALL your prayers will be answered.
He will NEVER let you down
It's not possible
You will wonder why you ever held on to the things that only caused you pain and suffering
These things were slowly making you sick and killing you
They were worthless
Don't seek the love of another human
They WILL let you down
They WILL disappoint
They WILL cause you pain
Everyone is fallible
Everyone is self serving
You will never find what you're looking for if you continue to cling on to the fallacy that pure love can be found in this corrupt world
Give it up
Strangely enough It's the only way you'll ever get it
You will have your heart's desires and even more if you do this.
There is NO other way
