The card chosen is Meditate-Siddhartha Gautama Buddha
This card is saying to spend some time alone, do some meditation, take a meditation class.

When i was diagnosed with Anxiety in 2000, I took 6 months of meditation class and it was absolutely amazing. Meditation helps to keep you calm and centered, to help you feel balanced in your life. You can take 5 minutes to meditate. Just take 3 deep breaths, breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth. You may think many thoughts - acknowledge the thoughts but let it go and eventually you will get to a place of calm and relaxation. You might be intuitively guided to do meditation more often. Listen to your inner guidance. It will work wonders. At this calm and peaceful state of mind, this is where you can tap into your own intuition. If you have questions, contact me.
