So anybody knows how to really use this symbol? It is supposed to be the cornerstone of many esoteric mind enhancing practices. It is very well known especially in India. I have read a lot about it but have never felt any benefits from meditating on it. I know I have to be doing something wrong are there any Steemit users who know more about this ancient symbol? I really would like to try it and receive the benefits it is supposed to provide. I guess a lot of Indian friends should know a lot about this.
A powerful symbol indeed, but getting the full strength of it requires a deeper understanding. If you want to work with this symbol, I suggest 'Modern Tantra' by Donald Michael Kraig. It goes into detail about the history of the use of the symbol and what each part represents. It then provides in depth rituals on how to use it.

I have the same question. I think thers a lot of memorization in understanding this. But i do meditate on the flower of life!
