Think about this ~ Our bodies are continually renewing. There is not one cell remaining in me that existed when I was Little Linda. And yet I am the same personality residing within a bigger body identified as Linda. We are surely spirit in physical form.

    Even more revealing, take it a step further maybe.. look for the 'our' in bodies and the 'me' remaining, see if you can find that one, and if not, what remains? :)
