I started to have spontaneous out of body experiences,about 5 years ago.It just started one night,out of the blue.
At the time i did not know nothing about it,i never heard about that phenomena.It was a year or two later,that i actually find out what happen that first time,because for me,after that first experience,it was all just a really bad nightmare.
I heard that people had nightmares,and after that i was thinking..so this is it,this is how real nightmare looks like.
I have a small room,there is only bed and tv there.I always sleep on my back,or on right side.
(This is how my little room looks like)
It was late summer night,i went to sleep,around 2 a.m.I was sleeping on right side,and i had thin blanket over me,which was over my shoulder,and twisted in my hand.I don't know the time,but,as i was sleeping,i suddenly wake up,i open my eyes and i feel someone is pulling the blanket of me..i sleep on right side,there is only wall on my left,what is happening!??it was a strong pull,like someone was there and he is trying to get the blanket off me!
I quickly get up,petrified!The room is dark,i was sitting on my bed and looking on left side,but there is no one there! i quickly get up from bed and "jump"
to get to the light switch..as i was going for the light switch,which is on the left side of the room, by the door i suddenly wake up this time,in my bed for real!(this was out of body experience,i really wake up in my bed in fetus position)I woke up,in fetus position,and all my muscles was tight,i was shaking from fear,i quickly look around the room,and it's all normal..then i realized that i had really bad "nightmare".
This all experience was 100% real as now,when i write this in normal life.It was not some "foggy" dream,it was real!
After that night i had many scary things happening to me,this was nothing,compare to some other experiences,but it's how all started.So far i had thousands of unusual experiences,ill write about some in other posts.Some were life changing unforgettable experiences and some were bad,scarry...

Its so funny. . . my first big Out of Body / astral experience was like the other side of what you experienced. Years ago, in my grandparents house in Havana Illinois, I kept getting pulled out of my body and drifting towards the laundry room. Everything looked exactly the same . . . I could read the book titles on the shelves. I could distinguish the wallpaper patterns.The colors seemed a little off but it was still the same house. . . . but instead of a laundry room, I found a girl, sleeping in her bed. At that point, I thought "Well this doesn't belong. It MUST be a lucid dream" and so I went to touch the girl but as I did so, she bolted upright, looking terrified. She was looking around the room, unable to see me but clearly felt my presence. That freaked the shit out of me and I felt bad about it. . . .I instantly snapped into my body and have forever wondered if that girl was somehow real or dream. This was back in like 1992 or so.
