I've talked about this on my podcast and also with people close to me. This is alchemy: accepting your shadow self, moving into it, and transmuting it. This is also what I personally consider to be love for others: shining your light into their darkness so they too can accept their shadow, move into it, and transmute it. Spot-on post. Couldn't agree with it more.
