Is anything really neutral?

From setting wicked things before our eyes to listening to the songs of the fools, it's easy to get distracted from what really matters. Moreover, even things that aren't necessarily negative or evil can still have a counterproductive effect on our lives, since that time could have been used to something that was spiritually beneficial.

In this video I share a bit about the importance of what we allow to enter our bodies, even if it is "just" through our eyes and ears.
